Shipping Locations  

We currently deliver to all pin codes across India. At present, international shipping is not available.  


Processing Time  

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days from the date of order confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.  

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing the relevant details.  


Delivery Timeline  

Standard delivery typically takes 3–8 business days after dispatch, ensuring your order reaches you within the expected timeframe.  


Failed Delivery Attempts  

If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the order, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse. Customers may request a re-delivery if required.  


Damaged or Lost Shipments  

If your order arrives in a damaged condition, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence for verification.  

In the event that a shipment is lost during transit, we will arrange a replacement or initiate a refund after confirmation with the courier partner.
