We understand that preferences may change, and you may wish to cancel an order. The following policy outlines the cancellation process:  


Order Cancellation Before Shipment  

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before they are shipped, whichever occurs earlier.  
  • To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team via email.  
  • If your request is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.  


Orders Already Shipped  

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may initiate a return after delivery in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.  


Order Modification  

We do not currently support changes to items or delivery details once an order has been placed. If required, you may cancel the order (subject to eligibility) and place a new one.
